Vail Williams has been advising public and private sector organisations on their property needs throughout the Gatwick region for over 25 years.

During this time, we have played a leading role in many of the region’s key commercial and residential developments – from helping to develop and let units at the south east’s largest business district, Manor Royal, to enabling, delivering and marketing the major residential development, North Street Quarter, at Lewes.

We are grateful to call some of the region’s leading organisations our clients, from Hargreaves and Glenbeigh Developments, to Elekta, Sony Eriksson and Crawley Borough Council, providing everything from planning and development expertise, to business rates, agency and lease advice.

We are proud to have advised on some of the largest deals in the region, including the 10-acre land sale at Thales, Gatwick Road, which we went on to market and secure the largest pre-let to L3 Commercial Training Solutions for some 10 years.
