Alice Bisset

Alice joined Vail Williams in 2023 as a Level 2 Rating Surveyor following the completion of her Masters in Real Estate Management.

With over three years’ experience in business rates advisory, during which time she helped large commercial clients to secure hundreds of thousands of pounds’ worth of business rates savings, Alice is becoming an expert in business rates mitigation.

She is based in our business rates team in Gatwick and is now working towards achieving her APC qualification to become a Chartered Surveyor. As part of this, Alice is undertaking work within other disciplines such as valuation and lease advisory.

In her own time, Alice enjoys aerial fitness and dancing as well as playing the piano and singing to her dog, Bertie!
