Vail Williams scores Heathrow hat-trick of prominent commercial property deals

Commercial property experts at Vail Williams have scored a hat-trick of industrial and office deals in Heathrow totaling 28,855 square feet.

The three buildings were sold in David Road, Poyle, to new owner occupiers, reflecting the success of Vail Williams’ Heathrow Business Space team in helping local businesses expand, grow and find the right location for their operations.

The largest of the three deals was the sale of 12-16 David Road in Poyle comprising 16,122 square feet, within two separate buildings, to new owners M&M Crane Hire Ltd. They have already demolished one of the buildings to make way for a larger yard and their additional requirement for crane storage, and further under taken a comprehensive fit-out of the other unit to create upgraded office facilities and further storage.

The second deal in the hat-trick was a sale of 10 David Road, Poyle which was sold to SMC Ltd an owner occupier who following the purchase is now in the process of undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment to create a building that suits their specific engineering requirements. The combined sale of the three buildings equated to a land value in excess of £2 million per acre.

In addition, Vail Williams, acting on behalf of an offshore investor, True Holdings (Dorking) Ltd has now let the majority of the ground floor of offices at Enterprise House on Delta Way, Thorpe. The 4,500 square foot space was ready to occupy, self-contained and provided sufficient parking for the new tenant PNC Global Logistics Ltd who signed up to a new five year lease.
