Our relationship with you, the lender, is paramount and we invest a great deal in building a good understanding of your case, before assessing the property or portfolio in question to determine the most appropriate strategy to recover the debt owed.
We do this in a variety of ways to maximise the realisation of assets – whether by selling the property / portfolio and/or by collecting the rental income from it.
Our service is partner-led, allowing us to combine a unique problem-solving ability with in-depth experience gained throughout several UK recessions, so there is very little that we have not already seen.
