Shrutika Tekawade

Shrutika has over eight years’ experience in marketing and business development.

At Vail Williams, Shrutika is responsible for implementing the marketing and business development strategy in line with firm’s GDP.

She works closely with Regional Managing Partners and internal stakeholders to identify profitable business opportunities and routes to market that support their regional GDP.

Shrutika leads the marketing team in delivering effective campaigns to raise company profile, nurture and develop existing clients and develop new ones.

She is responsible for overseeing the organisation of events across the firm and manage key agency partnerships.

In her own time, Shrutika likes to read and dance. She is currently learning the art of salsa and is hoping to learn to swim soon. Having recently taken a course in rock climbing, Shrutika has also discovered a new passion.
