Bio Articles Oliver's Properties

Oliver joined Vail Williams in 2022 as a surveyor in our South Coast agency team. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in the South Coast property market.

He has over 5 years’ experience in the acquisition and disposal of property, having previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Flude Property Consultants and passed his APC in 2023.

Prior to that, Oliver was at a multi-let commercial estate in Havant as part of the onsite facility management team, where he specialised in leasing of vacant space and maintaining client relations.

Oliver is experienced in working with public and private sector organisations based both on the South Coast and nationally.

His skills and experience have seen him develop a strong reputation and client base across the South Coast, where he has acted for clients including Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioners where, in a previous role, he disposed of several Police Stations and properties across Hampshire.

Outside of work, Oliver has a variety of interests ranging from rugby and golf, to Formula One and World Superbikes. He is also a fitness enthusiast with running, cycling and weightlifting being his preferred sports of choice.
