People Development Manager–––
Marc joined Vail Williams’ HR department in 2022 and is responsible for people development.
He is experienced in project management, motivating and driving cross-functional teams through significant change and transformation, having introduced a new job evaluation system, competency framework and succession plan within a FTSE 250 organisation.
Marc has a background in operational leadership within the manufacturing sector in a high-security, strictly regulated environment.
He has also held the position of Head of Learning and Development, where he was responsible for the creation and deployment of the firm’s learning and development strategy across multiple sites.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys social trail running and has also been heavily involved in coaching youth football teams as well as playing football himself. He is a member on the committee of his local football team and is the proud father of two sons who are growing up far too quickly.
