Jas Lall

Jas joined Vail Williams in 2021 as a surveyor and is based in our property asset management team, from Sorbon Estates, having previously worked as an industrial agency surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton.

She is responsible for managing commercial portfolios for private landlords and public authorities, where she helps clients to ensure that they have a profitable portfolio, whilst minimising unexpected costs.

When advising clients, Jas takes pride in fulfilling her clients’ needs, creating strong working relationships as she has done so with the likes of Janus Henderson Investors, IPIF property fund, Hermes Investment Management and Dunmoore Property.

She invests a great deal of time in understanding objectives, to ensure she is accountable in achieving them.

For Jas, the most satisfying part of her job, is seeing something through from start to finish for a client and being able to meet and talk to people from all walks of life.

In her spare time Jas enjoys baking, training working dogs and long walks.
