Bio Articles Case Studies

Holly joined Vail Williams in 2021 from a small independent London practice, having previously worked for GVA (now Avison Young) and Cushman & Wakefield in the City.

A Chartered Building Surveyor, she is experienced in providing building consultancy services to investors, landlords and occupiers of commercial property, including offices, industrial and retail units.

Throughout her career Holly has specified and managed refurbishment projects up to the value of £1.45m with a focus on offices, as well as some more unusual instructions, including a project to convert a bowling alley into a logistics warehouse.

She is experienced in providing pre-acquisition advice to purchasers of office and industrial units predominately within the M25, including several listed buildings. She also specialises in strategic dilapidations advice and the negotiation of financial settlements for both occupiers and landlords of offices, retail units, bank branches and industrial units.

Her previous clients have included RBS, DTZ Investors, the Conle Estate, CHP Management (part of The William Pears Group) and APAM, as well as providing due diligence for a client on the purchase of a multi-million pound Harley Street townhouse.

She is adaptable and able to apply her skills and previous experience to individual client requirements across a variety of asset types, taking pride in always being open and honest with client, building trusted working relationships which stand the test of time.

Outside of work, Holly likes spending quality time with friends and family. She enjoys practising yoga, spending time outside walking or running, and baking gluten free cakes. Holly also volunteers with a local Girlguiding Unit.
