Hannah Bennett

Hannah is a lease advisory expert who joined Vail Williams in 2022 from Primmer Olds B.A.S where she worked for nine years.

Prior to this, Hannah previously specialised in retail disposals across Hampshire, but recently transitioned to professional services dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews and property valuation.

She is experienced in working with a variety of clients, from private landlords, tenants and developers, to investors. She once represented a London property consultancy firm in relation to a shopping precinct in Southampton, where she advised on lease renewals and retail disposals.

What she enjoys most about her career is achieving the best terms for her clients and building and maintaining relationships with them.

Hannah is a keen equestrian rider and spends her weekends in the countryside on her horse. When she is not doing that, Hannah enjoys socialising with friends or taking part in anything adventurous.
