–––Glyn joined Vail Williams in 2023 as a Regional Facilities Manager.
He is responsible for providing advice on maintenance, lease renewals and lease restructuring for clients across the Thames Valley region, and beyond.
Glyn has specialist knowledge of office, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and the Government and Defence sectors, having previously acted as Head of Service Management at Kingston Hospital, undertaken the total facilities management of Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre, Westminster, and acting for the Ministry of Defence to carry out maintenance planning.
Glyn also provides property portfolio advice to corporate occupiers and expert advice in respect of diminution assessments relating to dilapidations claims.
His skills and experience have seen him develop a strong knowledge of building compliance and safe site working, and he is a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE).
In his own time, Glyn is a keen field archer and gun dog owner. He also runs an annual car rally for forces charities and has raised £40,000 for veteran causes to date.
