–––Esta joined Vail Williams in 2023 from CBRE and is a regional facilities manager with over 20 years’ experience in facilities management at several leading managing agents including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Mace Macro.
Esta also has the benefit of site-based in-house FM experience for Affinion and WiggleCRC.
At Vail Williams, she is charged with property and portfolio management of buildings across the South Coast, undertaking site inspections, with responsibility for Health & Safety compliance, tenant liaison, service charge budgets, contractor management, Utilities management.

Esta enjoys Health & Safety compliance and sharing advice and knowledge with clients and colleagues, as well as managing large refurbishment projects from start to finish.
In her own time, she enjoys anything active – gym, running, paddle boarding (only when it’s warm!) and she loves the sunshine and the beach.
