Following a short career break to have children, Emma, who is an MRICS qualified surveyor, has joined us to support our growing asset management team which has gone from a team of 12 to 26 people in the last 10 years.

With 20 years’ experience in all aspects of asset management, leasing and valuation across all property sectors, Emma brings with her a wealth of experience which will strengthen our asset management offering from Surrey.

Previously a director of asset management for the £6 billion-pound Cadogan Estate in central London, she managed a portfolio of residential, retail and commercial property in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. 

Emma was responsible for increasing annual rental income across the estate by 58% to £142 million. 

Prior to that, Emma worked for the Grosvenor Estate as director of lease management where she led a team of 15 people to manage the estate’s retail, office and residential asset management work including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures.

As well as being a mother of two, Emma enjoys walking and reading.
