David has 40 years’ experience working in the Dorset property market, having moved to Bournemouth in 1981.
He advises a diverse range of corporate and private clients on their strategic property needs, and has particular expertise in property acquisition and disposal, development and investment advice.
Having witnessed the ups and downs of the property market over the last 40 years, there is little that David has not seen or experienced. This in-depth market knowledge and expertise has seen him play an integral role in the delivery of many of the BCP region’s major projects over the years, including Tower Park, Wessex Fields and Castlepoint, amongst others.
Having co-founded Cowling & West in 1985, David joined Vail Williams in 2021 upon the merger between the two firms.
In his spare time, David attempts to play 18 holes of golf without losing too many balls, and has been an avid follower of Manchester City FC since childhood. He also enjoys travelling and regular trips to Miami to visit his son.
Expanding property consultancy Vail Williams has relocated to first floor space in refurbished Goldvale House, Woking to facilitate future business growth
CT Electronics has moved into 20 Broom Road, signing a 10-year lease on their new UK HQ.
