Dan joined Vail Williams in 2016 following previous work placements from the University of Reading and qualified as a surveyor in 2019.
Dan specialises in advising occupiers, landlords and investors on their building consultancy needs.
This includes development and project monitoring and schedules of condition, to dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant) and the carrying out of pre-acquisition surveys in addition to the preparation of Land Registry compliant lease plans.
Experience
- Acting as Monitoring Surveyor on two schemes for Maslow Capital with a combined loan facility of over £11m.
Outside of work Dan’s hobbies include cricket and golf, the former which he plays most weekends throughout the summer.
