Claire joined Vail Williams in 2022 and is responsible for providing administrative support to our agency team in Bournemouth.
She project manages ongoing client projects, supporting our teams to ensure project compliance, whilst maintaining a high level of communication between teams and clients.
Having previously been a maths teacher and a distribution centre manager, Claire is adept at effectively managing teams and information, and has developed effective interpersonal and communication skills as a result.
Career highlights include project managing the build of a £59m Tesco Distribution Centre, ensuring information was communicated effectively to all stakeholders throughout, and that project deadlines achieved.
She has also been responsible for the operations that sit behind the opening of two new distribution centres, ensuring information was conveyed in a timely and effective manner to deliver all systems, hardware and personnel, as well as being involved in resourcing and training schedules, to build the new distribution centre team.
Outside of work, Claire is an avid and passionate tennis fan, and has recently started playing, so now appreciates that it IS harder than it looks!
