Charlie is an experienced Surveyor who joined Vail Williams’ agency team in Surrey in 2022, having spent three and a half years working in commercial property for Altus Group.

He specialises in advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of property, providing leasehold and freehold advice for occupier and landlord clients, drawing on his in-depth knowledge of the industrial, logistics, manufacturing and office sectors.

Charlie is also experienced in the leasing and letting of commercial property, Landlord and Tenant advice, business rates and valuation.

His skills and experience have seen him develop a strong client base across the south east, including SEGRO plc, Blackrock, IPIF, DTZ investors.

Outside of work, Charlie is an avid sports fan, supporting West Ham and Wasps as well as playing rugby for CS Stags at the weekend. He also enjoys music, having seen bands such as The Courteeners, Blossoms and Kasabian in concert.
