We are pleased to confirm that we been appointed by The Commercial Park Group (TCPG) to market office development, Haywards Park, in West Sussex.
With 65,000 sq ft of high-quality grade A office space on offer, Haywards Park, at Haywards Heath, aims to offer the highest quality of office accommodation available south of London.
The park boasts excellent transport links into and out of the Gatwick region, it is set to attract major interest from international businesses looking to be located outside London.
TCPG promotes and delivers business parks across the South East and appointed Vail Williams alongside JLL and Crickmay Chartered Surveyors to attract national and international firms to take occupancy.

TCPG achieved planning consent for phase one of Haywards Park in 2018, comprising 65,000 sq ft of grade A office space.
They are currently in talks with neighbouring landowners to progress future phases of the 400,000 sq ft scheme.

In 2018 we were appointed to work with TCPC on the development of 200,000 sq ft of offices at the Gatwick Park site, to be delivered in two phases.
