We are pleased to announce we have expanded our Gatwick team with the appointment of associate, Samantha Catlin.
Samantha joins Vail Williams from the National Trust where she was lead building surveyor specialising in heritage property for 5 years.
Prior to that she was a senior surveyor with CBRE in London for 7 years.
A chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Sam, who lives in Brighton and Hove, will work from our office on London Road, Crawley.
She will lead our property building surveying work across the Gatwick Diamond area, with particular focus on building monitoring for our banking clients, including dilapidations and due diligence for a variety of properties – from offices and warehouses to light industrial.
Her previous experience with the National Trust will also compliment our work with several private schools in the south, many of whom own listed buildings requiring specialist surveying expertise.

Sam joins at a time of growth for us, having recently appointed valuations associate, Richard Sumner, in Gatwick (January).

We recently acquired Chertsey-based New Ballerino, a specialist in property acquisitions and disposals, with a niche client base around Surrey and the Home Counties.
Our full-service property advice includes property valuation, planning and lease advice, investment and development expertise, property asset management and occupier consultancy.
Sam started on 4 March.
