Due to a lease event on our client’s other building, which we had previously acquired, timescales for completion of their new facility were tight, requiring excellent project management skills to ensure delivery of the new facility on time.
How we helped
Working with developer and contractor, Buckingham Group Contracting, created a development brief and agreed new build warehouse specification.
Once works commenced we undertook regular development monitoring of the building shell and ensured that fit out works were co-ordinated with the developers works.
Designed and project managed the fit out works on behalf of The Entertainer.
Works included mezzanines and racking, lighting and emergency lighting, sprinkler installations and obtaining all statutory approvals.
At completion, undertook detailed quality review to ensure final product was delivered to the right standard.
Deployed good understanding of design and build process, co-ordinating base build and fit out work designs to ensure necessary finish whilst meeting need for specialist drainage and site bunding.
