The client required us to openly market the 4.7 acre site – the Council’s last significant piece of land at Segensworth – for industrial development, subject to planning.

Having scrutinised offers, Kingsbridge Estates was selected as successful bidder, just two months after going to market.
Exclusivity agreement was signed and contracts exchanged, conditional on planning.
Sale completed when Kingsbridge Estates obtained planning consent for a 93,775 sq ft unit industrial scheme.
